Round table on the prospects and challenges of the Eastern European Partnership

A round table “The EU’S INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS IN THE CURRENT CONTEXT: FOCUS ON THE EU-EAP RELATIONS” was held online on April 14, 2021 at the initiative of the Ukrainian Association of Teachers and Researchers of European Integration (APREI). More than 70 participants from different regions of Ukraine joined the event.

Students of the advanced course on EU environmental safety and climate policy, implemented within the framework of the Jean Monnet Chair of the EU Climate Leadership project at Sumy NAU, had presented current research on the important issues of Ukraine’s implementation of the European Green Agreement:

– “Ways to reform environmental behavior in the framework of the European Green Course”, speakers: Iryna Fediv and Kateryna Korol (Lviv State University of Life Safety).

– “Forestry Politics of Ukraine: Paths and Challenges”, speaker: Natalia Yaroshenko (Sumy National Agrarian University).

The event is part of the implementation of the project of the EU Erasmus +. Jean Monnet Chair 620395-EPP-1-2020-1-EN-EPPJMO-SUPPA: “EU-Eastern Partnership: Future Ways to Boost Joint Academic and Civil Society Initiatives in Ukraine” with the support of the EP to Campus Program and the European Parliament Former Members Association.
