We invite everyone to take part in the autumn school “Sustainable Energy and Climate: The EU Experience for Ukraine” for the Days of Sustainable Energy. The event was organized in cooperation with the Sumy City Council with the assistance of the EU in the framework of the Erasmus + Jean Monnet Chair project “EU Climate Leadership”.
The school program provides a mixed format, offline activities will depend on quarantine restrictions. The event will take place October 25-29, 2021.
Among the speakers of the event:
– Svitlana Krakovska – member of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, national expert of the ClimaEast project, participant of the Second Ukrainian Antarctic Expedition.
– Oleksandr Dyachuk – modeling expert of the EBRD project “Support to the Government of Ukraine on updating the NRC of Ukraine for the Paris Agreement”.
– Oksana Aliyeva – Coordinator of the program “Climate Change and Energy Policy”, the Foundation. Heinrich Böll, Kyiv-Ukraine Bureau.
